Magic Valley Electric Cooperative Introduces New MVEC Connect Portal

Now, Magic Valley Electric Cooperative’s members can connect online through the company’s new user-friendly web portal and mobile app, “MVEC Connect,”  which gives members complete access to their account information.

This new account management tool offers the most up-to-date products and services, with convenient information on bills, auto-pay options, energy usage details, power outage reports, rates, and prices— everything MVEC members need to know about their energy bill is now available with just one click.

“MVEC Connect” went LIVE on June 1st, 2020.  It facilitates communication with Magic Valley customers— all they need to do is follow seven simple steps to log in to the new portal and access their account.  According to Luis Reyes, Communications Manager at MVEC, “Our goal is to make things better, faster, and easier with the new MVEC Connect!”
