The lucky winner of the Rio Grande Valley Builders Association’s TV Giveaway during the 2019 Parade of Homes was Jorge Sierra who had registered to win at the Parade home of Classic Homes.  Visitors to the Parade could gain an entry by registering at each participating builder’s home and giving feedback on the RGVBA’s Parade app.  The winning ticket with Jorge Sierra’s name was drawn during the Association’s monthly meeting at the McAllen Country Club. The TV, which was sponsored by Sierra Title Company, is a 50” flat screen TV—a pretty good reward for taking a few minutes to give feedback on a Parade home!
