2021 Award-Winning Homes in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas
The Rio Grande Valley Builders Association is proud to present its 2021 Parade of Homes Award Winners.
Nineteen builder members of the Rio Grande Valley Builders Association competed with 21 homes in the 2021 Parade of Homes event that took place during the weekends of June 12 & 13 and 19 & 20. The 2021 Parade entries included homes in a variety of sizes and architectural styles in new home communities throughout the upper and mid Rio Grande Valley.
Awards were presented to builders in different price categories. Additional awards were presented for People’s Choice, Most Energy Efficient Home, Best Curb Appeal, Best Kitchen Design, Best Master Bed and Bath, and Best Architectural Design.
