Luis Barrera Earns Residential Energy Inspector/Plans Examiner Certificate

Luis Mario Barrera, owner of Home Energy Rating Service, has recently been awarded the Residential Energy Inspector/Plans Examiner certificate by the International Code Council (ICC).

This certification is a recognition of Barrera’s expertise in inspecting and evaluating residential energy plans, ensuring they comply with the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC).
