Century Construction Wins Complimentary Parade Spot
Century Construction was the winner of the free entry spot for the 2024 Parade of Homes event, generously provided by the Rio Grande Valley Builders Association (RGVBA).
The drawing for this free entry was held on October 11, 2023, at the Association’s regular monthly meeting that marked the official kick-off for builder members to sign up for the 2024 RGVBA Parade of Homes. Those interested should note that the 2024 Parade of Homes will be over two weekends: June 1-2 & June 8-9, 2024.
Having participated in past Parade of Homes events, Century Construction is no stranger to the spotlight. In the 2023 Parade, they proudly took home an award for “Best Home in the $251K to $300K range.” Lisa Cordova and the Century Construction team are thrilled about their free entry win and eagerly anticipate the 2024 Parade.

For builders interested in entering a home in the Parade, there’s an early registration fee of $3,400 valid until November 10, 2023. After this, registration fees will increase in stages until February 28, 2024. If you’re not already a member of the RGVBA, now’s a great time to consider joining. Membership with RGVBA also means you’re a part of the Texas Association of Builders (TAB) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Both organizations offer a wealth of resources, benefits, and opportunities for networking.
