The 2022 Annual Parade of Homes came to a close on June 12, 2022.
After tallying the votes, the Rio Grande Valley Builders Association declared True Builders as the winner of the prestigious People’s Choice Award for its Parade entry located in the community of Stone Ridge Estates at 2824 Kilgore Avenue in McAllen, Texas.
In addition, True Builders received the “Best Home Award” in the $351K to $400K category and the “Best Kitchen” award for this beautiful 3 bed/3.5 bath home.
While all other Parade of Homes awards are based on the opinion of a small panel of industry-knowledgeable judges, what makes the People’s Choice Award special is that it reflects the opinion of all those who actually visited True Builders’ model home—and is a valid indicator of which home was considered “the best of the best” by all visitors.
